In early 1998,
we have formed a business alliance with UNITED
PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (UPT).
UPT is the first UPW treatment
company in Taiwan that run a Quality Management System and
attained the ISO 9001 designation. The technical personnel
at UPT have extensive and unique
experience in all aspects of the UPW system. 
Their capabilities also include design, manufacturing, installation
of UPW systems. UPT has a total
operation space of 1,440 m2, of which about 740 m2 is used
as assembly and testing facility while administrative office
and equipment loading/unloading area take up the rest.
By teaming with UPT, we have strengthened our position
as a UPW system supplier in Hong Kong. The manufacturing
capabilities of UPT and an adequate supply of skilful
technicians from Taiwan have given PEC a competitive edge
in the UPW industry.
In
May 1998, we have started to strategically
join hand with PROMINENT INTERNATIONAL (ENVIRONMENTAL)
LTD. (PIE) in the bid for projects that requires
a Total Water Management Program.
We chose to work with PIE because of their commitment
and experience in the waste water treatment technologies.
We strongly believe that the joint efforts of our two companies
will certainly to be in the best interests of the trio –
PEC, PIE and you, the customer.
Incorporated in 1993, PIE is a leading waste treatment
company in Hong Kong. PIE has a long history in Hong
Kong's waste treatment industry, With a total operation
space of 600 m2 , PIE has successfully completed
a large number of installations for some world renowned
corporations such as Motorola, Union Carbide, Caltex Oil,
etc…
PIE operate its own analytical laboratory. It has
full capability in the analysis of both raw and waste water.
Wholly-owned by PIE, Enviro Labs Limited also
provides testing services to the general publics in Hong
Kong.

we signed a distributor agreement with PHARMALAB
OVERSEA MARKETING AGENCY to represent Pharmalab
and sell its wide range of process equipment in the following
regions:
- China
- Hong Kong
- Macau
- Korea
- Singapore
- Taiwan

for the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, brewery, distillery,
cosmetic and beverage industries. It designs and manufactures
a wide varieties of equipment to meet today's most stringent
